SolidLab sp. z o.o. ("SolidLab", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding that data.

We are based in Krakow, Poland and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection law.

Data we collect

Contact form submissions: Name, email address, company name, and message content. Collected when you voluntarily submit our contact form.

Newsletter subscriptions: Email address only. Collected when you subscribe to our mailing list.

Analytics: We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics. No personal data is collected. No data is shared with third parties.

Application data: Information you provide when applying for a position, including CV, cover letter, and contact details.

How we use your data

We process your data solely for the purpose it was provided:

  • Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential engagements.
  • Newsletter data is used exclusively to send our monthly newsletter.
  • Application data is used to evaluate your candidacy for open positions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, then permanently deleted. Newsletter subscriptions persist until you unsubscribe. Application data is retained for 6 months after the hiring decision.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.
