Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using solidlab.cloud ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use this Site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site. Separate terms govern consulting engagements and are established in individual Statements of Work.

Services description

SolidLab provides cloud infrastructure consulting, AI solution development, strategic technology consultancy, and platform engineering services. The scope, deliverables, and terms of specific engagements are defined in individually negotiated Statements of Work.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. Specific recommendations require a formal engagement.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of SolidLab sp. z o.o. and is protected by Polish and international intellectual property laws.

Client work product and IP ownership are governed by individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients retain full ownership of all custom deliverables produced during an engagement.

Limitation of liability

SolidLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Liability for consulting engagements is governed by the applicable Statement of Work and is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Krakow, Poland.
